After 7 days of skiing my body was ready for a little rest and relaxation. I decided to head on over to the Stein Eriksen Lodge for their Sunday Brunch. If you haven't ever been to the Stein, head on over for a great taste of the finer things that the mountain life has to offer. The brunch runs every Sunday from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. and is located mountain side in the Glitretind Restaurant.
We arrived at 11:30 a.m. and were immediately seated with a nice window view. Not really wanting to waste any time and with so many scents around us, we headed straight to the food. Good call indeed. By the end we were so full that none of us could move.
Enjoy these pictures in real life- reservation are recommended and can be made by call 435-645-6455 or made online here.
Big cut of Buffalo meat and omelet station...
Fresh fruit anyone?
My omelet and maple bacon crisped to perfection (it was so sweet we all thought it was seriously candy)...
Banana's Foster Crepes with vanilla gelato....
So many desserts, so little time....
The end. (until next trip!)
