So what can I say, I'm a skier not a Sundancer. I'm sorry if movie stars and films don't excite me. You know what does excite me? Skiing powder, ski competitions, and free concerts. You know what's even better, we have all three of these events going off in Park City and Deer Valley this week. Starting Wednesday February 1st, Deer Valley is hosting the Visa Freestyle International. Wednesday night things start off with a bang, litterally with a free Main Street concert with Robert Randolph and the Family Band at 7pm. DV always follows up the concert with an awesome fireworks display. Wednesday night also offers up the potential for a nice little powder refresher, I'm hoping we see somewhere around 5" of new snow. So we all know what that means, Thursday is a powder day! Be sure to check out the entire line up of events at www.deervalley.com. I can guarantee you'll see me up at the Dual Mogul Finals on Saturday night. It's a super exciting event that you don't want to miss.

In other news, Jupiter Lift is now officially spinning at Park City Mountain Resort. Although it took a while for it to get going this season the wait was well worth it. We snagged first and second chairs of the season on Friday. It was spectacular!
